Welcome to Our Website!Davian Construction was founded by Dave and Ian in 1974 after working for other construction companies in Winnipeg. Dave moved on, and Ian stayed on course developing Davian Construction and the sister companies Heather Painting and Decorating, and Heather Certified Restoration. Our prime objective is to provide high quality construction services at competitive prices to our clients.
