I've witnessed the evolution of paints from lead base to environmentally conscious non-allergenic and no VOC paint and I've seen and corrected the disasters that can arise from poor preparation or the use of inferior products.
When I began in this business painters had to be certified tradesmen, sadly this is no longer true.
